What was the highlight of Maison Royale

Great, clean, affordable stay in Ho Chi Minch city with welcoming staff

It was very clean and comfortable, just what you need for a short stay. Good location, easy access to taxis to explore the city. They also have a laundary service that we found very useful. The host and their family are very sweet and welcoming.

Ants may be off-putting for some people, but it was okay with us. Tip: just keep your food in the fridge or dispose of it in the waste bin and you won’t even notice them.

Great stay in HCMC

Well taken care of hotel that’s super clean! One of our better stays in SEA. The location is also not that far from everything! You can walk to the war museum in 20mins on sidewalks, and take a 8-10 min grab to the main walking street.

A beautiful stay with wonderful host

You cant fault it, from a welcoming atmosphere to the convenient location and great room setting. Its a home away from home. So glad I found this place in Saigon. A definite “GO TO” when I am around.

A real “home sweet home” away from home. Super helpful and warm welcoming host. Mr Dung is wonderful and hospitable. The place is nicely located near all the eateries and great places where you can travel. Room is neat and comfortable with all required necessities. You can’t fault it

Lovely family welcome and excellent value

Excellent location on a quiet street in the heart bustling centre. Run by a lovely and welcoming family. Simple but excellent value.

A bit difficult to find by car as located approx 30m off a main road in a small alley but access by car is through another route not necessarily logically found through the GPS. If your transport drops you on a main road no worries its a very short walk, a bit off-putting in the evening as not very well lit but otherwise fine and a lovely insight into the daily neighborhood life of Saigon.

Great, economical option for staying in Saigon

This is a great place to stay while in Saigon. The host and his family are sweet, helpful, and readily available. The room overlooked a nice line of buildings nearby. The best part for me was the lift. Carrying luggage over the stairs is so exhausting. The room came with a kitchenette, TV (they have Animax channel for anime fans), AC and fan, wardrobe, and a small table. It is also close to public transit, Family Mart, and the airport. Do note that you have to buy water, it is not offered for free.

will definitely come back if i have a chance in the future.

the hotel really gave me a vibe of a home with everything i need, there was even a small electric stove in the room. i came with my sister and was warmly welcomed by the owner which i appreciated the most. i had to go to the airport at 4am, and he didn't even mind waking up at that time to help me with my huge suitcases. he was also super nice to let my sister rent the motorbike for extra hours on the next day.

The hotel located in the heart of tourist destination surrounding by various of restaurant. The owner is very friendly overall was great only one thing is that the hotel gate close at midnight so if you come back after midnight you have to wait for the owner to open the gate for you.

Great

We had a fantastic stay at Maison Royale ! The rooms are clean and spacious, the host and his family are super nice and helpful ! The house is located at the end of a small passage only used by residents, further away from Ho Chi Minh traffic and the noise isolation is good, so the rooms are very quiet. The house is in a less touristy area but only a 20 minute walk from all the sights of Ho Chi Minh City. We will definitely be coming back at our next stay in Ho Chi Minh City!
